Vertical Saws work with two pulleys rotating from top to bottom, with the band lamina turning. One of the pulleys is at the top and one is at the bottom. The upper pulley can be moved up and down and left and right. Thus, the assembly and disassembly of the blade becomes easier and loss of balance is prevented.
It works with the triangular star system. In this system, the switch first comes to the triangle and takes the machine cycle.
Before the Vertical Saw is started, it must be checked with the saw blade, it should be carefully checked whether there is a malfunction or crack. It should work with saw blade at normal tension. If it is loose or too tight, it should be brought to normal tension.
